Need help to sort out a technical issue with Nanacast? Maybe you need some advice. This service allows for up to one hour teleconference (with screen sharing if required) on how to:

  1. Achieve outcomes for desired results.
  2. Technical advice
  3. Set up Nanacast
  4. We will also provide a recorded MP3 file of your call for you to review afterwards (if technical “how to” information is required).

Nanacast Email Support

This provides up to 5 hours email and skype support. We keep a tally of the time and will let you know when you have reached your time limit. We will respond to questions via email and also allow the occasional skype call (up to 3 x 30 minute calls). If required, we can also provide “how to” videos.  Like the above option, this service will help you

  • Achieve outcomes for desired results.
  • Obtain Technical advice
  • Set up Nanacast
  • We will also provide a recorded MP3 file of your call for you to review afterwards (if technical “how to” information is required).

 Nanacast Account Audit

Not sure if you have set up your account correctly? Want to make sure you are on the right track? We can review your entire account configuration and product set up (up to 6 products) to ensure it is set up the right way and provide advice on areas that could be improved.  Whilst we won’t be assessing your copywriting skills, we will check to make sure:

  • Your email lists are segmented correctly
  • Your affiliate program is set up optimally (most people get this wrong).
  • Your products are set up correctly
  • Your coupon codes are set up in the right way
  • Feedback and advice will be provided on areas identified that could be improved.
